1. Company Information

These terms apply to Thepa Trading 582 CC, trading as Eleventy7 Events (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). Registered in South Africa. B-BBEE Level 1 Contributor (135% Scorecard). CSD Registration Number: MAAA0033970.

2. Services

The Company provides events management, media placement, infrastructure hire, marketing communications, and large-scale project execution services. All services are subject to a formal written agreement or purchase order prior to commencement.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices quoted exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to revise pricing in the event of material changes to scope, labour costs, or third-party supplier rates after a quotation has been accepted.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are a 50% deposit upon acceptance of quotation, with the balance due no later than 5 (five) business days prior to the event date or campaign launch, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

The Company reserves the right to withhold services or equipment if payment obligations have not been met.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation schedule applies unless a separate agreement has been signed:

  • More than 30 days before event: 25% of total invoice
  • 15–30 days before event: 50% of total invoice
  • 7–14 days before event: 75% of total invoice
  • Less than 7 days before event: 100% of total invoice

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the provision of services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the contract under which the claim arises.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, civil unrest, or disruption to critical infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative work, plans, designs, and strategies produced by the Company remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
